Fermented Soy Bean Roll Recipe

Fermented Soy Bean Roll 

Natto Maki

Fermented soy bean rolls are made into thin rolls or hand rolls. The natto is first mixed with soy sauce to get a thick consistency. In some cases, hot mustard is mixed inside (in this case, wasabi  will not be used). Perilla leaf or sliced scallions are used as condiments.
